INDIANAPOLIS – In celebration of this weekend’s Angie’s List Grand Prix of Indianapolis, Mayor Ballard is declaring Friday, May 8, 2015, Checkered Flag Friday. Residents are encouraged to wear black and white, fly checkered flags and highlight our city’s support for the sport of auto racing.
