It is cloudy and cool right now in Portland as I head to the track. Reminder that we are three hours behind Eastern Time, so the NTT INDYCAR Series won’t hit the track until 6pm Easter Time, and we’ve got “night” racing (in the daylight) for both the USF2000 and USF Pro 2000 Series tonight….
