Ok, more news from St. Pete. Where exactly ZERO laps just got turned in the Indy Lights 2nd practice session.  Not surprising since it was raining and they’ve got 13 brand new, very expensive development series cars.  It’d be different if there was a chance of them racing in the rain, but that isn’t expected…
