Local Indy-based Real Estate Development Company Added to Townsend Bell-driven Car
INDIANAPOLIS (May 5, 2015) – Dreyer & Reinbold – Kingdom Racing announced today Loftus Robinson, an Indianapolis-based commercial real estate developer, will serve as an associate partner for its No. 24 Robert Graham Special Chevrolet-powered entry driven by veteran Townsend Bell for the 99th edition of the Indy 500 scheduled for May 24.
Loftus Robinson, a start-up based in Indianapolis operated by founding principals Drew Loftus and Kyle Robinson – focused on mixed-use urban style projects and value-add office buildings. “We want to build projects where we’d like to live and work along with our friends. It’s all about creating spaces people can really enjoy – office or apartment.”
Loftus Robinson is making its debut in the “Greatest Spectacle in Racing” in 2015.

Loftus Robinson has multiple projects under construction including The Switch in Fishers and the JF Wild Building on Market Street downtown Indianapolis.
Loftus Robinson’s association with the Dreyer & Reinbold – Kingdom Racing team begins with opening day of Indy 500 practice rounds set for Monday, May 11. Qualifying for the 99th Indy 500 is schedule for Saturday, May 16, and Sunday, May 17. The Indianapolis 500 Mile Race will start at 12:15 p.m. EDT on Sunday, May. 24.
