SEBASTIEN BOURDAIS
NO.11 HYRDROXYCUT/HAUS VAPORIZER– KVSH RACING CHEVROLET/DALLARA/FIRESTONE

99th Indianapolis 500 – May 10-24, 2015
“I am looking forward to getting ready for the Indianapolis 500. It has been a strong start to the season for the Hydroxycut Mistic E-Cigs – KVSH Racing team. We have learned a lot about putting together a strong car on the street and road courses and I wish I could tell you that what we have learned we could apply to super-speedway ovals, but I would be lying. We just have to do the same thing for Indy that we have so far this year. Keep are noses to the grindstone, keep digging and get better. If we continue to make progress over the next few days of practice with the new Chevrolet aero package and get stronger, hopefully we can finish higher than we did last year (seventh) and fight for the lead”

Bourdais sits ninth in the championship standings with 123 points, just 21 out of fifth place.
The 2015 Indianapolis 500 will be Bourdais’ 137th Verizon IndyCar Series start, 22nd on an oval, 24th with KVSH Racing and fifth at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Of Bourdais’ 21 career oval starts, 12 have come in the last two years.
Bourdais has made 14 IndyCar oval starts with a best qualifying of fourth at Fontana in 2013 and a best finish of seventh at the Indianapolis 500 last year.
Bourdais made seven oval starts in Champ Cars earning four victories: Lausitz in 2003, Las Vegas in 2004, 2005, and Milwaukee 2006.
Bourdais is contesting his 10th Verizon IndyCar Series season (Champ Car, 5: IndyCar, 5. Drove one IndyCar event in 2005, the Indy 500).
