USF2000 Practice #1 Results

Quick note from USF2000 Practice which took place on a damp but mostly dry race track. The USF2000 drivers got to be the first on the St. Pete track, meaning they got to deal with some wet spots and just an overall green raceway.

There was one red flag as Keyvan Andres Soori was stopped in Turn 13 (the entry to the hairpin which leads on to the front stretch), in the Arms Up Motorsports car #5.

Jake Eidson was quickest at 1:17.185, and for comparison, the qualifying track record for USF2000 cars is a 1:13.284 set by Spencer Pigot in 2012. Matthew Brabham went a little lower that same year in the race, setting the overall record at 1:13.064.
